Dealing with support felt like waiting for a message in a bottle to wash ashore. They did eventually reply, but it was so late that the warranty might as well have been decorative. I was expecting at least some real help, but the whole thing ended up feeling useless.

I’ve had my ownboard for a few months now and it’s still been great. The build feels solid, I haven’t run into any weird issues, and the battery still holds up really well. I blame whoever runs this for making a board I keep finding excuses to ride

I found the belt and remote easily. It did—well, it took a little longer to ship than I expected, but I was just glad the parts were actually in stock.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, and the battery range has been good. On flat roads it holds up well and gets me where I need to go without much worry. I did notice it starts dropping a little quicker when I’m going up hills, but that kind of makes sense. Overall, I’m happy with the range so far.

Board’s fine on smooth paths, but starts feeling shaky once the road gets rough. Acceleration feels a little jumpy, and braking isn’t the smoothest, so never really felt fully relaxed riding it.
Range was less than expected too, especially with a few small hills. Works okay overall, but for the price, hoped it would feel a lot more stable

and for the money, I’d say this board is a solid deal. It has decent power and range, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, and the manual could definitely be clearer, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Still, compared to some other brands I looked at, it feels worth it

Ordering was super easy and checkout only took a minute. I had a couple questions and they got back to my emails fast so it all felt smooth.

I had to reach out to Ownboard about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me. It just took longer than I was hoping, especially when you’re waiting on an update and trying to figure out what’s going on.

The first reply felt a bit too general, so I had to follow up to get a clearer answer. Once I asked again, they were more helpful and polite, which made the situation feel a little less frustrating.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t one that stood out. I think customer service can make a big difference in how you feel about a purchase, and if they were faster and gave more details upfront, I’d probably feel better about rating them higher.

The board got here in about a few days and was packed well. Everything looked good, and I didn’t run into any problems.

I had a good time riding this at first, and it feels smooth when everything is working right. But the braking threw me off a few times and felt kind of random, which made me nervous. Part of me wants to like it because it’s genuinely fun, but I also don’t totally trust it for everyday rides.

I really wanted to like this, but the ride just feels "uncomfortable" for me. It hurts my feet after a short time, and it’s kind of "hard to control" too
